90 Day Complimentary Support
Technical support is
provided free of charge for the first 90 days after you
purchase the AVImark program. After the 90 days, you have
the option to
purchase our Annual Technical Support Plan. You
should receive a reminder notice 30 and 60 days prior to the
expiration date of your support. If you choose not to
purchase continuation of the technical support, you will
receive a final notice shortly before the expiration date.
