Interested in being a Beta Tester?
Communication
We will maintain the highest degree of communication with our Beta Testers as possible. Problems that are discovered by one Beta Tester will be communicated to all Beta Testers after the problem has been confirmed by our staff. If the problem is not fixed immediately, all Beta users will be kept apprised of the progress of resolving the issue on a day-to-day basis.
Distribution of Updates
Updates of the AVImark program will be distributed to Beta users after they have been tested by our quality assurance team. The initial Beta version will be mailed to all of our beta sites. Any corrections or additions that are made following the initial release, can either be mailed or downloaded.
It is mandatory, however, that your clinic have an internet connection in the event it becomes necessary for you to download an update to the program to correct a problem that has been discovered by your practice.
Use of E-mail
It is also mandatory that all Beta Testers have an e-mail address for communications from MSS. Each Beta test will be responsible for checking for messages from McAllister Software Systems, Inc. on a regular basis to be kept aware of any problems that are discovered by other Beta Testers. These communications will also include bulletins on when problems have been corrected making it necessary for the user to download an update.
Communication of Findings to MSS
Suspected problems in the program must be communicated to MSS as soon as possible. These notifications will be documented by MSS and reviewed by the MSS quality assurance team and development staff.
Beta Site Term
We are asking for at least a six-month commitment as a Beta Tester. Participation in the Beta Test group may be limited to 18 months. |
