I understand. One option would be to set up More Stuff for the Medical Condition Record in Work With, System Tables, Additional Data Fields, Subjective More Stuff Fields, right-click More Stuff, name it Technician (or whatever you like,) set it to User for the Type, and default it to Current User. Then they would have to click, Med Condition, More Stuff, Subjective, verify the user, and click OK.
Another option would be for them to put the ctrl+D in the subjective notes area.
I understand how neither of these would be as perfect as having an Entered by or Tech field, but just trying to offer a couple alternatives while I add this to the list of SOAP requests . |
