When a client declines a service or item that has a reminder AVImark currently marks it as declined under the medical history and shows the reminder as overdue. We feel it would be beneficial to change the reminder date to the next year so we would be able to offer it again. Or possibly offer a choice to change the date, or delete the reminder.

We created "Stop" codes for every vaccine/ service reminder. If they decline a service permanently, you can add the stop code and it will remove the reminder from appearing on the patient record.
If they want to postpone it for a year, we manually change the date.
