Hi,
This can be done currently by using the Appointment Type feature made available in version 2010.4. You can check your version by going to Help, About AVImark. If you are on a version before 2010.4, please give our support a call at 877-838-9273 option 1 to get assistance with updating.
To set this up, go to Work With, System Tables, click on the Appointment Type table, do a right-click New in the Entries for Appointment Type area, give it a Code, Description (what those scheduling appointments will see,) and choose a color. You can add as many appointment types as you like. |
