We have just one appointment screen that we use for doctor appointments and for groomer
appointments. I would love a separate appointment screen for just the groomers as it
is getting to busy looking w/ multiple doctors and multiple groomers. If there is a
way to do this please let me know.

Dr. Mavis,

What we can do is set up Appointment Groups for veterinarians and groomers. Then when you open the calendar, you can select either Veterinarians or Groomers from the left-most box that says (All) at the top of the calendar.

To do this, go to Work With, System Tables, Appointment Groups table, right-click on the right-side of the window, click New, and add your two groups. Then go into Work With, Users and Security, right-click on each doctor or groomer, click Change, assign an Appointment Group, and click OK.

Yeah- that sounds like a plan. I will try it. Is there a way on the main screen for it to say provider vs Dr. Right now the groomers and the doctors are under doctors in order for everyone to get their correct credit for sales. But I don't like for anyone to be confused as to who the docs really are.

Currently, there is not. In your opinion, would making the wording trigger off of a static field like whether they have a DEA number listed or a small system table where you could make your own provider/doctor titles and select them on the individuals be better?

Just thinking out loud because we do not have any tickets or projects for this kind of change in place yet.

Is there away to change the times on the schedule. Our groomer sees 3 9am 2 10am and 4 3pms. I would be nice to be able to have those times on the screen.
