It sounds like you should rebuild your diagnosis list index. To do this, please get all workstation users out of AVImark, go to the server computer, click Utilities, Rebuild Index, check Diagnosis list, click Continue, and click Yes. If the problem still persists, please give our support a call at 1-877-838-9273 option 1. |
