The following search looks at active clients and then reports all active patients that have no reminders.
Active clients are defined as not having an I action code.
(I=Inactive)
Active patients are defined as not having I,D,H, or M action codes.
(I=Inactive,D=Deceased,H=Suspended Reminders,M=Moved)

The following information is reported.
This information can be modified on the report criteria tab.
It is sorted by account number then patient name.
  • Client Account Number
  • Client Full Name
  • Patient Name
  • Patient Species
  • Patient Birthday


search [Client] code 'M$BB262' name 'Active Patients with No Reminders'
category 'MSS Searches' (
[Client-Codes] does not contain 'i' and
[Patient-Codes] does not contain 'i,d,m,h' and
[Patient] does not exist in (
[Patient Reminder-Appropriate] equals 'Appropriate'
)

I am not sure what the condition ([Patient] does not exist in (
[Patient Reminder-Appropriate] equals 'Appropriate' means. This seems to be the key part in the search that I am not doing right and thus not getting the right results.

The following condition looks at all patients who have reminders and excludes them from the search results:

[Patient] does not exist in (
[Patient Reminder-Appropriate] equals 'Appropriate'
)


You can copy the code from the original posting (green information only) and then in your AVImark, go to:

  • Cancel
  • View
  • Code editor (erase any information in this window)
  • Paste the original green code information in this window
  • Ok
  • Save this search
When asked to add this search to your database, say yes and then try running the search once more
