I am trying to figure out a way to run a search that pinpoint a specific referral source and how much income came in from their first visit.
For example.
Acount #
Referral Source: Google
Client added: 07/15/2011 to 09/15/2011
First Visit $ amount

Is this possible?

Hi

The following search should find the results that you are looking for.
The referral, account date, and added date can all be adjusted to meet your needs.
For the most consistent results, the added and the account date should be kept the same.
It will report the client's account number, full name, invoice date, and amount.
If this is not what you are looking for, or need further information, please let us know.

search [Client] code 'M$BB0549' name 'First Invoice by Referral'
category 'MSS Searches' (
[Client-Added] is between '07-15-11' '09-15-11' and
[Client-Referral] equals 'Google' and
[Account-Date] is between '07-15-11' '09-15-11' and
[Account-Account Type] equals 'i'
) report (
[Client-Account],
[Client-Full Name] width 30,
[Account-Date],
[Account-Amount]
) sort by (0 ascending, 2 ascending) summarize by (0)
