Hello,

I am trying to do a search for active senior patients (over age 7) that are overdue for or have not had senior blood work in the past year (since October 2010). I am trying to send out a letter to clients with overdue pets saying we have a special for October for patients that get the senior blood work.

Hello

The following search looks at medical history to see if the senior pets have had the blood work code since 10-01-2010.
It doesn't look at the patient's reminder tab.
It reports the client's account number in ascending order, then the client's name and patient's name.
If this search doesn't work for you, or you need any additional help, please let us know.

search [Client] code 'M$BB0545' name 'Sr Blood Work'
category 'MSS Searches' (
[Client-Codes] does not contain 'i' and
[Patient-Codes] does not contain 'd,m,h,i' and
[Patient-Age] is greater than '7y' and
[Patient] does not exist in (
[History-Date] is greater than '10-01-10' and
[History-Code] equals 'ENTER SR BLOODWORK CODE HERE'
)
) report (
[Client-Account],
[Client-Full Name],
[Patient-Name]
) sort by (0 ascending, 2 ascending)

The search worked out great! The only problem I had was when I went to email the clients. I got the following error "An error occured while sending email. Please check your settings and try again."

We e-mail reminders successfully on a regular basis. Are there different email settings for informtation searches vs. reminders?

Sometimes merge words can create error messages similar to the above. What I would suggest is to call technical support at 1-877-838-9273, and have your text available, or e-mail the error and your text including the merge words and your version of AVImark to Support@AVImark.ne.
