	CPH New User Joined: 08-07-2010 10:29:34 Posts: 3 Location:  I would like to make a suggestion regarding “Inventory Change Item” window. Over the years and on to many occasions we are having problems with our employees in regards for them to be able open “Inventory Change Item” window and therefore to see: How much we pay to our distributors for products and what markup percentage we charge, and in some cases telling this even our clients. Of course they don’t see how much money we spend to run the business, but most of them believe that the difference between how much we pay and how much we sell for is what we put in our pocket. It sounds stupid, but this is the reality. In any case, I strongly believe that this sensitive information should be available for the owner of the practice ONLY, or the person who he/she decides to assign this sensitive information. In my opinion the only information employee need to see is “Inventory List” while they looking for an item, where they can see only Description, Measure, On Hand, and Charge. Again, that’s the ONLY information they need to see. I hope, who ever in charge of developing department, will agree with me on this extremely important issue. Otherwise AVImark is a great product. It will likely be next year before we have a great solution in place, but our goal is to make it granular enough for you to pick and choose fields you would not like staff to view anywhere in the program.
