Can I put in a suggestion to have a merge word created for the DEA license number - serv-license works for State #. Also, It would be great if it was possible to password protect
1 treatment code - like when you put in the code it would auto prompt you to re-enter
your password. Thanks Shelia

We just recently ticketed DEA number as a merge word. It should be done with one of the first major updates next year.

Password protecting one code is an interesting concept; what about making an Action Code that only allowed users with the "User is a Doctor" box checked inside Users and Security to enter the charge into medical history? I could see this coming in handy for controlled substances especially without the additional having to type your password. In my experience of taking feedback, each extra keystroke or click that can be avoided usually gets asked to be taken out as soon as it is implemented.

Jeremy - The thought about an action code would work - but, I have had a problem
getting people to always F12 when they enter or leave their computers. We are talking
about a code that would not be used very often - it would be nice if it forced you to
enter a password when you tried to enter this code or once entered it came up to re-enter
your password. For this one code a few extra keystrokes would be OK... Thanks Shelia

Just to let you guys know, the DEA number merge word has been implemented with 2011.3.8.0. It is <[History-Doctor-DEA]> and can be used on any MS Word document printed from medical history.
