Drivers are installed for the abaxis machines but the more stuff/work with doesn't show any abaxis machines. any tips?

I recommend calling our Lab Support at 1-877-838-9273 option 1, then option 3. They are very knowledgeable on the interface. Also, if you are on a 2010 version, the results do not go into More Stuff.
