	Jeremy-AVImark Advanced User Joined: 02-11-2009 12:49:44 Posts: 693 Location:  Becky, You can do a right-click in the Patient Area, click Chart, uncheck Notes in the Include area, and click Print or Preview. If it prompts for you to save the changes, you should click No if you normally want the notes to print. If you click Yes, it will save the change based off of your user in AVImark, so if someone else logged in, it would print the Notes. If the doctor prefers you to take Notes off of the chart without having to uncheck them each time, you can go to Advanced Options (icon with the wrench,) type Notes in the Search field, click on Notes under Patient Charts – Include, click Change on the Default Value, and set it to False.
