Hi,<br /><br />You can e-mail a chart by Previewing the Chart, clicking File in the Preview window, clicking E-mail, and sending the e-mail. This also works in other preview windows in AVImark. |

<p>If you want to use an outside e-mail like Outlook, you can do a File, Save As (in the Preview window still,) choose PDF in the Save As Type field, give it a file name, pick a directory, and click Save. You can then attach that file in Outlook or other mail client you are using.<br /><br />To do the e-mail set up in AVImark, go to <a href="images/stories/documents/Email%20Setup%20Worksheet.pdf">this link </a>, fill out the form with the help of your e-mail provider, and get assistance from Technical Support by faxing or e-mailing the completed document.</p> |

AVImark won't work with e-mail providers that require SSL??!! So frustrating!!!! We use ATT for our DSL service, they provide free access to an SMTP server, but (sensibly) they require SSL to use it.
Please can this be fixed in the next version of AVImark...?
In the meantime I will either use PDF995 to generate PDFs of patient charts and e-mail those independently, or install an SMTP server on our AVImark server and route e-mail through that.
Truly ridiculous. I really hope it's fixed soon. The use of unencrypted SMTP is so out-of-date...  |

SSL will work with version 2009.3 due to be released later this month. |

Is there anyway to become a beta tester? My clinic just purchased this software without consulting me. Unfortunately the lack of SQL support makes its useless to us... |

I checked with our Quality Control Department, and they have as many clinics as needed for testing purposes already signed up for the Beta.
