Hi,
It has recently come to my attention that we are required to report cases of Lyme Disease to the state veterinarian.
We can do a Whogot on the diagnosis, but that only gives us part of what we need when reporting.
I tried to do an information search, thinking I could customize it to meet our needs.
Problem is, I don't see diagnosis listed anywhere in the search.
How can I make a report for all pets diagnosed with Lyme Disease?
We are looking for client information(name and contact info), patient name, species, breed, 4 DX test performed.
This would be for all pets diagnosed with Lyme with a 4DX test.

Hello Terina, What you should be able to do is in the info search on the medical history tab search for Code equal to, and in the value field put the code of the Dx.
When you search for code on the medical history tab it looks for anything with that code weather it is a Dx, Tx, Item, or Check in code. Hope this helps!
