There is a sentence we were missing at the bottom of our Rabies certificates, and I went to add it to the template today (we only have 1 template for both the 1 year and 3 year Rabies), but the new text refuses to show. I'm pretty sure I have the correct word document, and just in case, I edited all of the old Rabies documents that we no longer use. Is there something I'm overlooking?

We are using Avimark version 2010.1.0.11196

Hi,

If you go to Advanced Options (wrench icon,) type Rabies in the Search field, and click on Rabies Document, what is in the Default Value and Site Value(s)?

Still in the Advanced Options, type Documents, click on Documents under -Paths, and what is in the Default Value and Site Value(s)?

If you go to Help, About AVImark, what is the Path?

With this information, it should help determine which document we need to edit and where the document is located.
