Just downloaded the new update. Fairly uneventful, however it seems that every time we update, we have to fiddle with our cash drawer. I've been on hold with MSS for almost 45 minutes now and we still can't get it to communicate.

Anyone else having issues? I've tried resetting the string, powering down drawer and CPU and starting over. Why is it we consistently have this issue when an update is done? None of the settings change, why doesn't the drawer open?
