	WNDesigns User Joined: 12-07-2011 01:53:53 Posts: 6 Location:  Hi, We have upgraded to a new server and the latet release of AVIMark. We are working out a few little bugs. When we try to add an attachment we get the following error: "Could not create directory for attachment" If someone can point me in the direction to how to resolve that would be great. When AVImark creates the directories for attachments, it usually does a folder with the client's number and patient's name, so characters that are not permitted in file names (/, \, :, ?, *, ", <, >, and |) will cause the error if it is part of the patient's name. If you are getting it regardless of the patient name, it would be best to call our support staff at 1-877-838-9273 option 1 and go through the advanced option set up for Attachments since they can verify your directory and options quickly.
