I cannot seem to get the pictures of the pets to print on the invoice for the client. I have tried to find a "select' button in the invoicing set up with no luck...Thanks.

If the patient photo is displaying on the upper right, it should print on the invoice as long as you go to Utilities, Printer Setup, and set the Quality to Picture for Invoice Printers on each computer you print invoices from.

I tried the changing of letter to picture and still no luck. Any other ideas?

Does the patient's photo appear in the upper right hand corner of the Client Information Display?

yes, what should the numbers be in the document setting. They be causing the problem

The document settings don't affect the invoice. If the patients photo appears on the CID and the Quality for Invoices is set to Picture on every computer (in Utilities>Printer Setup), the patient's photo should print on the invoice that has treatments for this patient.
