You would not want to create it as a table in Quickbooks. One option would be to do an Account Adjustment on their account for the amount of the deduction. It would show under Adjustments on the reports and Bottom Line. Another option would be to set up a payment type for Payroll Deduction in Work With, System Tables, Payments Table, and use that payment type in this circumstance. It woulsd show as income, but could quickly be identified and separated because of having its own payment type. |
