Erik,
Open the AVImarkGuardian up, click on Open AVImark Server, click Run, then click File in the AVImark Server window, click Options, enter a password in the Password field, click OK, and close the AVImark Server and AVImarkGuardian window. Then open AVImark holding F9 or the /connect switch you used to set up Client/Server, choose Connect as Client/Server, click Next, enter the same password in the Enter the Server Password field, click Save Changes, and click Finish.
If it still does not connect, it would be best to contact support at 877-838-9273 option 1 to identify what is causing the issue and assist in resolving it. |
