I am having difficulties with this - I don't see an 'appointment type' OR a 'block-off
type' table in the system tables.
Can I add a new table? What Code should it be? There are several options in the drop
down menu.
text below is from the tip of the week (unsure of the date)
"To enhance the clarity of appointments and block-offs, utilize the Appointment and Block-off Type tables in System Tables to further customize the look of your Appointment Calendar. Use these custom colors to differentiate appointments, surgeries, vaccinations, meetings, or any other scenarios needed at your practice; giving you the ability to distinguish appointments and block-offs at a glance.
To create a list of customized colors please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Work With, System Tables
2. Select the new Appointment Type or Block-off Type Table.
3. Right-click, New to display a new “Type Entry” window. This will allow you to define a code, description, and color.
To select the appropriate type simply utilize the Type dropdown within the new or change appointment window and the scheduled and ad-hoc block-off windows."
