Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a place, or if y'all had your own examples of templates for the notes glossary for stuff like, presenting hx or a merge word document for anesthesia monitoring sheet or hospitalization orders form

Check out the yahoo forum under the files tab. There are lots of merge word templates there. There may be some glossary and note templates in PDF form but I believe you will have to copy and paste them into Avimark individually.
