	Subject :Having trouble limiting ability to change timeclock entry.. 01-20-2012 03:41:57
	Kristi User Joined: 09-29-2009 03:29:11 Posts: 20 Location:  Using Timeclock for the first time. I have a users group set up that has the vast majority of employees in it. "Change Time Clock" does not show up in the list of authorized functions for that user group, yet they can right click on the timecard entry and change it. What am I missing? Thank you! IP Logged

	horohor Power User Joined: 02-26-2010 00:45:05 Posts: 28 Location:  the way authorized functions work in avimark is if NO ONE is delegated to do the function then EVERYONE can do the function. i know it sounds backwards but it makes for a less complicated authorized functions window. you should have an administrator group, add all the functions you dont want EVERYONE to be able to do under that. then you can delegate those specific functions do the different groups after that. this way you dont have to worry about delegating functions you dont care about. it helps you so you dont forget to delegate a small function to a new group.
