I am having a problem with our reminders. Our dhpp #3 vaccine does not input a remonder for the dhpp 1 yr booster when administered.Both reminders are part of a dhpp series and listed in the correct order in the template. Instead it is inputting a dhpp 3 year booster. I cannot seem to correct this issue. (Our rabies vaccine reminders were templated the same way ( for a 1 yr and 3 yr ) and are fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like your dhpp 1 yr booster does not have remind if never treated checked. You can print your reminder templates off and fax them to 573-223-4306. A support technicain will review them and contact you. You can always call 1-877-838-9273 any technician will be glad to assist you.
