It would be nice to have a way to set the specific client's desires to receive either snail mail or e-mail reminders. A lot of our young clients are wanting to receive only email remiinders while our older clients that do have an e-mail on their account want to receive both snail mail and email reminders.

Hi,

Communication Preferences are something coming a little later this year. I think they will meet your needs on this suggestion.

It will be part of an eMinder service which does text, email, and voice calls and allows selection of preferences. As soon as it is available, we will post about the service with all of the details.
