<p>My client (Broadway Animal Hospital) is looking for a way to allow their customers to fill in check-in information on the web before coming in. Can you help me learn how to insert data into the AVImark database?</p>
<p>This must be a common request - are you working on it? If I can solve the problem I could share the solution with you so your other customers might use it. (BTW, I'm a Joomla developer among other things.)</p> |

I also would be very interested in this and in addition exporting data into Excel docs. I have installed the AVIxport utillity but this is too limited |

I have noticed that not many posts on this forum are being replied to. Why is that , IMHO that are excellent suggestions being made, and for an annual maintenance fee which is not cheap i would expect some better support.

Currently, AVIxport is the only way to get access to the database. We are working on an SQL version which would give you more access to the database, and it is in the early stages of Beta testing now. |

Obtained AVIxport.exe from Avimark a couple of years ago. Running this you get following sheets: animals, clients and reminders. Running this you also need to install the Borland Database Engine. |

I really hope Avimark comes out with an upgrade that is built around MySQL soon. Their is no mac support for Borland Database Engine, oy vey. I will have to try it on linux. |
