Is there an archive of documents that are compatible with OpenOffice?

What might we need to change in our documents to be able to use OpenOffice?

Can some of our stations be using Word and others OpenOffice, or do they all need to be one or the other?

Hi,

They can use a mix of OpenOffice and MS Word without any issues. There is a special OpenOffice version of the Estimate.doc to have good formatting, but any other document should work with OpenOffice or MS Word as long as it does not have images. Photos merge words (<animal-pic> and <logo> for example,) do not work with OpenOffice.
