All,

Version 2011.0.1 is available for download now. For all of the details, please go to http://www.avimark.net/support/avimark-read-me-documents and review the Readme Document for 2011.0.1. There are a few great features added, including, an integration with DragonflyPACS, Account Locking, and Note Annotations.

Before downloading, please read the caveats to ensure minimal downtime or complications:

If you use X-Charge, you will need to update your X-Charge and work with X-Charge's Support to register the new .dll file before you are able to process credit cards through X-Charge after updating.

Please review our hardware recommendations to make sure you at least meet the minimum requirement on all computers you utilize AVImark on: http://www.avimark.net/gtka/hardware-requirements .

All users must be out of AVImark for the duration of the update process.

Make a backup prior to downloading and installing any update.

Go to Help, About AVImark, and get your version number.

If your version is 179 or lower, please call technical support because it is recommended that we do the update here to create a backup plan to ensure you the least amount of downtime during the update process.

If your version is above 179 but lower than 2010.5, the update will convert all .VM$ files into .V2$ files which can take additional time and must not be interrupted. These new .V2$ files should be added to your exclusion list(s).

Due to one issue with MPS, the update has been pulled temporarily. It should be available for download again in the very near future.
