Location
I am trying to upgrade the server at a local Hospital in
Maine. The server is running Windows 7 Pro and the clients are
Windows XP. When I initially did a trial run on the updated version
(2010.5.1.14894) of the software it worked. The original was a 2008
version. As mentioned I did get it to work fine between the two systems.
I am getting the new server hardware this coming week and was testing
the install out once again and started getting connection issues with
the client PC. I updated again to version (2010.5.0.15038) and am still
having issues. The client will not connect with the server saying the
version numbers do not match between the avi server and avi program. It
works fine on the server itself but not through the clients. I have
added all the necessary info into the windows 7 firewall settings. As I
said I did have it working on the 14894 version and tried again this
weekend and found this problem had developed. Would obviously like to
get it resolved before setting up the new server for them.
