Hey Avimark!

I'm having a bit of a strange issue. The server Avimark was hosted on went down (hard drive failure) All the data was backed up, and restored once we replaced the hard drive. After we loaded everything back into place and re-mapped Avimark, the program has been running very slow for users. Not sure why, any advice?

Sometimes anti-virus exclusions are set to the specific path; have you verified the workstations' exclusion list after the reinstall?

no but thats a good lead, i'll verify the path is excluded from the AV and test from there, any other advice so i can try a few things? We support our client as out sourced IT so we try to get as much done as possible in a visit. Thank you so much for your help!
