Hello! We are currently having some... issues with our server+clients AVImark network
system.
We recently had some router problems, with computers randomly dropping off of the network. We ended up replacing the router, and we haven't had any similar problems since. However, one of the computers (running Windows XP) is now unable to open AVImark. When we double-click the icon to run it, we get an error message stating that it is "Unable To Locate Component" - "This application has failed to start because rtl100.bpl was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." We are trying to run the program with a profile which has full administrator access. I can't think of any programs we've installed or uninstalled recently on this computer.
We also have a second computer which has had issues since the new router, but another post on this forum has led us to turn off the power-saving mode on the network card. If that doesn't solve the problem, we'll post back here with a proper description of that computer's problems too.
