Sorry for the late reply; I have been out on paternity leave the last couple of weeks.
When you do a right-click Chart, make sure Public Chart is not checked. It is likely that the notes are not marked public, but the option for public chart is checked, which would cause the notes to not print.
On the latest versions, we have an Advanced Option, Default Public History Notes that can be set to True to avoid the scenario above since most history notes are of a public nature. |
