All,
Version 2011.2.9 was released yesterday. Some highlights of the update include
greatly improved LabREXX functionality (please read below before updating,)
ability to interface the Procyte through a serial connection, and a more
detailed Income by Provider Report. Additionally, some regional requirements
and integrations include controlled substance ASAP reporting for Kentucky and
Alabama along with a VetRX integration for our Canadian AVImark users. Finally,
there were several issues corrected including one with Allocated Qty, stacked
Block-offs, and errors if your preferred tab to open AVImark to was not
Chronological. For all of the details, please visit

Important Information for LabREXX Users:
If you currently use IDEXX LabREXX within AVImark please DO NOT update until you
are directed to do so by the MSS Lab Support team. The latest official version
of AVImark, 2011.2, brings improvements to the LabREXX interface that requires
new setup; for this reason we are pushing out a controlled update process. MSS
and IDEXX are committed to ensuring that the transition to this new workflow for
AVImark- IDEXX LabREXX is a seamless one as we are actively updating hospitals
as quickly as possible. If you currently use IDEXX LabREXX and would like to
update to the latest version of AVImark, please email Lab@avimark.net and a
member of the support team will contact you in the order that it is received.
Also, any time you wish to update, please review our hardware recommendations at
http://tinyurl.com/bqr52mb and make sure all users are out of AVImark prior to
taking a backup and updating. If you have any questions or would like
