Is there a way to list scheduled appointments on the invoice? I see we can have reminders visable.
We are working on booking appointments one year in advance and thought this would be a helpful feature. This way, boosters, rechecks and other appointments are visible everytime a client comes in and is billed through (when getting food, etc) |

Herm,
As long as the patient is on the invoice, that patient(s)' next appointment should print on the invoice. |

I must be missing something because the next appointment is not listed on our invoices. How do you set it up to show? |

Lars,
I turned off all of my invoice options and pushed my next appointment to 2022, and it still shows on the invoice. Which version of the software are you on, and when is the next appointment reservation for the patient(s) with charges on the invoice?
The only way I can make the appointment not show up is to not have a patient associated with the transaction on the invoice, or to not have an appointment in the future for the patient. Boarding reservations do not show currently, so please double-check and make sure the appointment shows on the appointment calendar. |

We are using 2010.5.5150358 created 03/03/11. I just set up a test appointment with my dog and invoiced something and that appointment did not show up on the invoice. The appointment was set up for this afternoon. |

I just created an appointment further in the future and it did show on the invoice.
We have one computer that pictures are not showing on the invoices. Is there a setting that needs to be changed on that computer? |

make sure your printer settings on that computer are set to "picture quality" for your invoices. if it is set to "letter quality" your pictures wont print. |

Are these photos of the patient? Is there a way to have the patient's photo appear on the invoice? |

yes. if you have a picture attached to that patient and your printer settings for invoices set to picture quality the cats image will print on the invoice. if you go into hospital setup you can tweak some of the settings for the placement of the picture i believe. give avimark tech support a call they walked me through it very easily! |
