What parameters do I need to use in order to find out which of our clients use CareCredit as a form of payment?

There isn't anything in the client area that associates them with Care Credit, but we could search in Accounting for the last year and list the clients that have used Care Credit to pay for any of their charges in accounting.

That's what I figured it would have to be, just wasn't sure how to create that exact search.

Hello,

Here is the search that you would need.

search [Client] code 'M$BB0689' name 'Care Credit'
category 'MSS Searches' (
[Account-Date] is greater than '01-01-11' and
[Account-Account Type] equals 'ENTER CARE CREDIT CODE HERE FROM SYSTEM TABLES'
) report (
[Client-Account],
[Client-Full Name] width 30
) sort by (0 ascending) summarize by sort order

You will just want to go to system tables, payment types table and get your Care Credit payment type to plug into the search. This is something that the clinic creates so the code could be any number from 0-9.
