The following search will find all appointments made during a certain time frame.
This time frame can be changed on the search criteria tab.

The report will display:

Client's Name
Phone
Patient's Name
Date of Appointment
Date the Appointment was Made
Who Made the Appointment
Appointment Doctor's ID
Appointment Status

The report is subtotaled and counted by appointment status.

search [Appointment] code 'M$BB0693' name 'Finding Appointments Made on a Certain Date'
category 'MSS Searches' (
[Appointment-Date Made] is between '01-06-12' '01-14-12'
) report (
[Appointment-Client Name],
[Appointment-Client Phone] caption 'Phone' width 15,
[Appointment-Patient Name] caption 'Patient' width 15,
[Appointment-Date] width 15,
[Appointment-Date Made] width 15,
[Appointment-Made By ID] width 10,
[Appointment-Doctor ID] width 10,
[Appointment-Status] summary (count)
) sort by (7 ascending) subtotal by 7
