I would like to suggest adding an action code that inactivates a client.
Is this possible?

i.e. entering a transfer records treatment code and a prompt to show up, asking "Would you like to inactivate?

It should be possible since we can make the D action code mark a patient deceased. I am not sure when we could do this, but it is a great idea.
