We are having an issue sending MSS Pet ID information. We keep getting a Socket Error 10060 transaction timed out. All we have is basic Lnksys Router and ESET antivirus. Windows firewall is disabled. We have tested from numerous workstations with the same result. We have uninstalled ESET with same result. Any thoughts?

This is something we have seen before it usually has something to do with security setup on your computers. What happens is the security blocks outgoing transmissions.
You can call in and speak to our Pet ID department at 1-877-838-9273 option 2 option 3.
