Hello,
We have recently integrated with VetStreet for e-mail and postal reminders. I am not sure if this is more of a feedback or question, but I noticed our "last reminded" field does not update when they pull reminders and send them.

Is this something that may be addressed in the future? (I use that field quite frequently, I'd hate to lose it)

Unfortunately, because VetStreet is not a partner with us, they pull the data but do not write back to the tables which would update the Last Reminded field. I can check with our Business Development team to see if there are any plans to change this, but I have not heard of any recently.

I have to admit that I'm not overly impressed with VetStreet, so far.

Can you tell me if there are any reminder services that would update this field? Would the basic or community packages of Petwise update the field if they sent e-mail reminders?
