Service with the Data Conversion for an additional fee of $500. To
assist our staff on how to set up your information, data setup
worksheets will be provided for you to complete if you choose this
option
Our Data Entry Department can tailor your:
- treatment & inventory lists (Many conversions will convert your
data as ALL inventory or ALL treatments)
- linked inventory & treatments
- vaccination reminders
- built-in estimates
- "Action Codes" (Action Codes prompt AVImark®
to perform certain functions when a treatment or item is entered for
a patient)
- hospital setup values, i.e.: prescription fees, statement handling charges and state and local tax rates, which can be found in the "Work With...Hospital
Setup" menu
- inventory vendors
- appointment calendar and any block-off times
- boarding calendar
- treatments and/or items which require follow-up phone calls
- treatments and/or items which require vaccination certificates
- treatments and/or items that are taxable
- treatments and/or items subject to prescription, injection or
handling fees
- staff members into the Users' and Security setup of AVImark®
