A: Roughly 25-30 percent of our clinics have received training of some sort.
Q: What kind of training do I need?
A: We have several training options available for users. Your best training option may depend on your budget, how advanced you are in the program, and/or your location. Feel free to speak to our friendly training staff to see which options may be best for your needs.
Q: How often does McAllister Software Systems, Inc. provide seminars?
A: We provide at least two seminars a year. One will be basic in nature in a heavily requested area. Our Annual User's Conference will be held in St. Louis, Missouri every Fall/early Winter. If there is a high demand in a particular area we will consider doing a seminar in that area for our users as well.
Q: When do I need training?
A: Training may be needed for a variety of reasons. You may be bringing on new staff members that require training to perform their daily job duties. You may be a new AVImark clinic and wish to proceed with training or you may be a clinic that has already learned the basics of AVImark but are now ready to implement more AVImark options. Whatever the case, we have a training option available for your needs.
Q: How will I know when a seminar is being planned?
A: Check our website for upcoming seminar information. We also publish seminar information in our quarterly newsletters. And, of course, you are always welcome to contact our friendly training staff for seminar information.
Q: What topics does your Training Department train on?
A: We have a vast assortment of topics available. We have never turned down a topic.
Q: If I have a data conversion, when do I need to book training?
A: Training is recommended right before you go "live" with the system. It is usually best to train the weekend before going "live" and schedule the trainer with you your first day. |
