Our Technical Support Staff is committed to exceed all customer expectations and designed to help veterinary professionals who utilise the continually evolving AVImark technology.
Our Support Staff puts a dedicated team of experienced "trained" specialists at your disposal, as well as a wealth of enhancing tools and programs designed to benefil every member of your practice.
Annual Support Plan Includes:
• Unlimited, telephonic & e-mail, technical support.
• Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
• Weekends & Public Holidays: Closed
• Live Chat Hours: (USA – times subject to daylight savings)
• Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 4am or 4pm – 3am,
• Friday: 5pm – 1am or 4pm – midnight
• Online troubleshooting, by logging in to the server (LIMITED)
• Requires high-speed internet access
• Available during office hours by prior arrangement
• Enhancement Updates throughout the year, as released.
• Quarterly e-Newsletter
• Access to GlobalVet’s SMS feature and/or other ancillary products offered
