Over-the-phone Training
Over the phone training is a great choice for those that need a little extra help using an area of the AVImark program. Working with an experienced AVImark trainer, you can schedule the time that is convenient for you. Training conducted over the phone can also be directed to more than one staff member, if a speaker phone is available.
Purchase fees: $50.00 minimum
- $50.00 for the first hour.
- $20.00 for each additional half hour.
- Technical support issues and troubleshooting questions will be referred to the Technical Support Department.

Scheduling
To book an appointment with our Over-the-Phone Trainers, please follow the suggestions listed below.
- Prior to scheduling, create a topic outline listing the features and topics you would like addressed in the phone training session. Prioritize this list in order of importance to your circumstances and your clinic's immediate needs.
- Call 877-838-9273; Option 4 to schedule an appointment with a trainer.
- Payment is due prior to the start of the training call. Accepted payments are Electronic Check or Credit card.
