   Over-the-phone Training

Purchase fees: $50.00 minimum (payment by credit card only)

  • $50.00 for the first hour.
  • $20.00 for each additional half hour.
  • Technical support issues and troubleshooting questions will be referred to the Technical Support Department.

   Scheduling

To book an appointment with our Over-the-Phone Trainers, please follow the suggestions listed below.

  • Prior to scheduling, create a topic outline listing the features and topics you would like addressed in the phone training session (see Training Topics Options). Prioritize this list in order of importance to your circumstances and your clinic's immediate needs.
  • Please fax your topic list to 573-223-2062, attention Carrie, you may also send an e-mail to training@avimark.net.
  • Call 877-838-9273; Ext. 227 (Carrie) to schedule an appointment with a trainer.
  • Please have your credit card ready before you call for scheduling as payment is due prior to the appointed training call.
