A highly qualified AVImark technician will "clean" and streamline data to make sure AVImark is operating efficiently and key data is accurate. This process will optimize clinical data as well as improve the performance of AVImark. The areas optimized by the technician are as follows:

- Organize photos and ensure advanced options are set correctly
- Review security setup and recommend changes

- Inactivate and more ex-employees to new user group

- Identify unknown breeds - send list of patients to clinic
- Review zip code table and clean up duplicates
- Identify euthanasia services with appropriate action code and run correct utility
- Identify sex alteration surgeries with appropriate action code and run correct utility
- Identify and classify inactive clients
- Review and recommend Reminder template changes
- Identify data corruption issues and run clearblock utility
- Create season specific reminder text
- Verify existing reminder text for accurate setup
- Define breed types for geriatric and weight groups

- Check patients for missing species, breed, color, no names, no age and weight
