We still need their e-mail on file so it will automatically send them a reminder via e-mail. IP Logged

If you do a right-click Change on a client, highlight in the Codes field, and add G to the existing codes before clicking OK. 	the bookkeeper User Joined: 02-25-2010 12:37:51 Posts: 20 Location:  i like this whole e-mail topic tonight. in your case irah, maybe if a client doesn't want e-mailed reminders, you could move their e-mail address to a client note. or you can put it into another client information field, such as where 'spouse' is. and then if you wanted to e-mail an invoice, put their address back into the right field, and take it out again. i know that's not what you wanted, but it might work for now.
