So recently every time we open a new medical condition record, the Subjective and Objective note boxes are HUGE! We have to hit the little minus sign several times to get them back to a decent size. Did I mess something up somewhere? Is there a default size? Or are we having software problems?

Jess,

You should be able to right-click on the title bar that says Medical Condition, click Default Layout, close the SOAP, and reopen it to have it restored to the normal size.

Also, using the minus keys and closing the SOAP (with Done) should also save the changes to the notes size.
