Is this a computer you have OpenOffice on or MS Word? Can you click through the error and get into the program, or does it close you out of the program completely?
If you can get in, you may need to switch the option to OpenOffice instead of MS Word in Work With, Hospital Setup, System tab, Documents tab. If you do have MS Word on this computer and the error goes away by making this switch, it could be an issue that you would need to discuss with our IT department.
If you cannot get in, it would be best to give us a call and troubleshoot the error. |
